What is NoticeServe™ CA?

Is a business-management platform for process servers, landlords, and property managers. It helps users organize notices, document service attempts, capture evidence, track deadlines, manage clients, and preserve completed records.

Does NoticeServe™ CA provide legal advice?

No. NoticeServe™ CA is a technology platform, not a law firm. Users are responsible for verifying documents, deadlines, service methods, filing requirements, and legal compliance.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. NoticeServe™ CA offers a free plan for users who want to try its basic notice and service-management features. Visit the Pricing page to compare current limits and features.  NO ADS, NO CREDIT CARD NEEDED

How does GPS evidence and breadcrumb tracking work?

Depending on the selected plan, NoticeServe™ CA can record GPS location information, timestamps, photographs, and service-attempt details.

GPS breadcrumbs are a series of time-stamped location points recorded during an active work order. Together, these points create a route history showing the process server’s reported travel and activity leading up to a service attempt. This information can help document where and when work-related activity occurred and may be included in a GPS breadcrumb report.

GPS accuracy may vary based on the user’s device, location permissions, internet connection, signal availability, and surrounding environment. Users are responsible for determining whether their documentation satisfies applicable legal, court, privacy, or client requirements.

Can I back up records to my own cloud account?

Yes. NoticeServe™ CA allows users to back up completed notice packets and service documentation to supported personal cloud-storage accounts. After confirming that the required records have been backed up, users may remove sensitive information from NoticeServe™ CA when it is no longer needed.

Does e-filing require another subscription?

Yes. E-filing connections offered through NoticeServe™ CA may require users to maintain their own account and separate subscription with a supported e-filing provider.

Can clients upload and download documents?

Yes, supported NoticeServe™ CA plans may provide client portals for document uploads, work-order updates, billing, live gps tracking, and completed-document downloads after submitting payment successfully.
