Notice Resolution Portal

A secure, notice-specific portal that helps landlords resolve problems before they become expensive court cases.

How Notice Resolution Portal Work

Every notice created through NoticeServe™ CA receives a secure link or QR code. The tenant can open it without creating an account and select an appropriate response:

  • I paid the amount requested — upload payment confirmation.
  • I corrected the violation — upload photographs or documents.
  • Request an inspection — propose dates for the landlord to verify correction.
  • Request contact from management — provide updated contact information.
  • Submit a written response — upload supporting information.
  • Download the notice — access a clean copy of the delivered document.

NoticeServe™ CA would then:

  • Notify the landlord immediately.
  • Time-stamp every response and attachment.
  • Display the notice expiration countdown.
  • Track statuses such as “Response received,” “Landlord reviewing,” “Correction verified” or “Unresolved.”
  • Preserve all communication in the work order.
  • Create a downloadable resolution-history packet.
  • Back up the packet to the landlord’s own cloud account.

Better Notice Management From Beginning to End

The Notice Response Portal helps collect and organize information while a notice is active. The Secured Service Vault helps preserve, export and manage the resulting records after the work is completed.

Together, they provide a clearer workflow:

Prepare the notice → Track delivery → Receive responses → Review the outcome → Export the packet → Back up your records
